Quilting Adventures began in 2010 with our first cruise to the Caribbean.   What started as one Quilting Cruise turned quickly into 2 and then 3. The rest, as they say, is history.  We now offer several quilting cruises per year as well as a few escorted land trips, such as Scotland, Kenya and now River Cruises.  Each quilting adventure is fully escorted and managed in order to make sure that each and every need is met.  I look forward to meeting you onboard soon.

Ocean cruises will offer one class and one educator who provides a kit and education for a large quilt top, and with a maximum group size of 40, your quilting time can include personalized service from the educator, an onboard technician to assist and answer questions about the provided machines, time to make new friends and strengthen bonds with those you already know.  All quilting classes are held during our days at sea, with Open Sewing sessions almost daily.  During port days, you will have time to explore the port of call, enjoy a shore excursion, spend time at the beach, shop or just relax by the ships pool.

River cruises may offer a smaller group activity such as a wool or stitching hand project, with the emphasis of the trip being the destination we visit and the sights along the way.

Land vacations will be designed to include historical, cultural and quilting related sights and stops so as to interest everyone who joins us.  Bring along your spouses, friends, relatives even if they are not a quilter – they will still be part of our group and will enjoy dining with us, cocktail parties, and have some free time on their own to enjoy the ships activities if they choose not to be in the quilting classes.
