I have read and understand the Terms & Conditions

    Terms and Conditions:
Passenger Information:  Passenger names must reflect full legal names as appears on passenger’s proof of citizenship or valid passport.  Notify Travel Adventures by Michelle immediately if any corrections are needed. Suppliers may charge substantial fees plus applicable fare increases for any name changes. (For immigration and customs purposes it is essential that this information is accurate. Boarding airplanes or cruise ships may be denied if the information is inconsistent.)

Payments:  All payments must be made by the dates listed.  Payments may be made at any time prior to those dates.  There is risk of cancellation by the cruise line if the final payment is not received on time. Be aware that cancellation penalties may apply prior to the final payment date.  Payments made from our invoice are on a secured site.   Payments may appear on your statement from one of more of the following companies:  Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America, Travel Adventures, Travel Guard, Travel Leaders, Shore Excursions Group, ShoreTrips, Ama Waterways and  others suppliers.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations after the 2nd deposit date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made after the final payment are subject to a $500 cancellation fee per person.  In addition, the cruise line cancellation fees may apply.  Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are 100% non-refundable.

Exceptions:  Travel Insurance is issued by a 3rd party and they will not issue a refund of insurance and/or policy fees, but you may request a credit to be used for a future trip.  Any cancellations made that result in loss of monies paid may be filed as a claim through the travel insurance company.  These claims must fit under the insurance coverages and may not include the Travel Adventures by Michelle and Quilting Adventures cancellation fees.  In the event a sailing is cancelled by the cruise line, any funds that were collected by Travel Adventures will be held as a Future Travel Credit to be used within 2 years from the original date of departure.

Travel Supplier Policies: It is each passenger’s responsibility to have all required documentation, including but not limited to: (1) government issued birth certificate and photo ID, OR (2) valid passport and/or visa. Passports are recommended for all travel. All passengers assume full responsibility for inquiring and confirming passport, visa, vaccination, other entry requirements, safety and
security conditions of destinations to be visited. The “Taxes” category on the Travel Invoice includes air taxes, port taxes, departure fees, government fees and fuel surcharges if applicable. These costs are imposed by the suppliers and airlines and are subject to change until time of departure. Travel Adventures by Michelle/Quilting Adventures has no control over these taxes and fees and should they increase, your invoice will reflect this increase.
